Refund & Cancellation Policy

Revouch ("we," "us") provides high-performance AI video generation services. Unlike traditional software, our service incurs significant, non-recoverable costs (GPU rendering time, third-party API usage) the instant a generation request is initiated.

For this reason, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy on delivered services. By purchasing Credits or a Subscription, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Trigger Event (When a Credit is "Spent")

A credit is legally considered "consumed" and the service "delivered" the moment you click the button labeled [ Generate Video (-1 Credit) ].

  • Irreversible Process: Clicking this button triggers our rendering pipeline. Even if you cancel the process mid-way or close your browser, the computing costs have already been incurred.
  • No "Preview" After Generation: We do not offer free previews of the final rendered video file. The final output is the paid product.

2. The "Blueprint" Defense (Why We Don't Refund for Quality)

We do not issue refunds for "Creative Disagreement" (e.g., "I don't like the tone of the voice," or "I made a typo in the script").

To prevent these errors, Revouch provides a Blueprint Configuration Suite which you must approve before spending a credit. It is your sole responsibility to verify:

  • The Script: You have full control to edit the text generated by the AI. You are responsible for catching typos or misinterpretations before generating.
  • The Voice: You are provided with samples of every voice persona (e.g., "UGC Girl," "Professional"). You must ensure the selected voice fits your brand.
  • The Visuals: You must verify that your uploaded images or connected review assets are high-quality.

By clicking "Generate," you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Blueprint and accept the creative inputs as final.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Rollovers

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your Dashboard.

  • No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund the remaining days in a partially used month.
  • Forfeiture of Rollover Credits: One of the benefits of an active subscription is that unused credits roll over. However, if you cancel your subscription, your "Rollover Bank" is immediately forfeited at the end of the billing cycle. You must maintain an active subscription to retain access to accumulated credits.

4. The $5 Pilot & Credit Packs

  • $5 Pilot: This introductory offer is heavily discounted to allow you to test our workflow. It is strictly non-refundable.
  • Top-Up Packs: Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire, but the purchase itself is final and non-refundable.

5. Technical Failures (The Only Exception)

We will issue an automatic refund of the used credit only if the failure is caused by a Revouch system error.

Valid Refund Reasons:

  • Server crash during rendering
  • File corruption (video won't play)
  • A stuck progress bar that never completes

Invalid Refund Reasons:

  • "The AI mispronounced a proper noun"
  • "I uploaded a blurry photo"
  • "I forgot to edit the script"

6. Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud

We take "Friendly Fraud" (purchasing a service, using it, and then filing a dispute) seriously. If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a valid transaction:

  • Permanent Ban: Your account, IP address, and credit card will be blacklisted from Revouch.
  • Evidence Submission: We will submit your Activity Logs to the bank. These logs show exactly when you clicked "[ Generate Video (-1 Credit) ]" and approved the Blueprint, proving that you knowingly authorized the transaction.
  • Debt Collection: We reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount via third-party collections.

7. Forgotten Subscriptions

It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscriptions. We send a receipt every month. We do not offer refunds for "forgotten" months where the account was active but unused.

8. Contact Support

If you encounter a technical error that caused a failed render, please contact us immediately so we can restore your credit.
